Fabrication
HSI fabricates equipment in accordance with ASME Codes Section I & VIII, U, R, and S stamps; AWS D1.1 and ANSI B31.1 & 31.3. Equipment includes a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM plate cutting system, plate rolls, brake, shear, radial arm drill, manipulators, ironworker, angle roll, punches, a variety of welding machines (sub-arc, mig, and stick), and bridge and mobile cranes. HSI has over 160,000 square feet of enclosed shop space for building large, complex projects. In our new heavy-wall vessel shop, we can roll and fabricate vessels up to 4” thick under a craneway with 40’0” hook height and 100 ton single lift capacity.

Outdoors, HSI has over 50 acres of stabilized work area with a fleet of mobile cranes including individual unit capacities up to 150 tons.
